Canada Horse Experience
14 Days | Departs 4 July 2019
Tour Dates: 4 July – 17 July 2019

Come join us on the Canadian Horse Experience tour.  Experience the wonders of the Canadian Rockies and enjoy the Canadian wilderness.  Be awed by the amazing scenery with immense mountains, crystal clear lakes and abundant wildlife.

We start the tour at the Calgary Stampede “The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth”, which attracts over one million visitors per year and features one of the world’s largest rodeos, stage shows, chuck wagon racing and concerts.

A highlight is a visit to Spruce Meadows to watch a CSI American Show jumping tournament.  Spruce Meadows is one of the world’s top Show jumping facilities, just south of Calgary on 360 acres.  The facilities host Show jumping and dressage tournaments, conventions, trade shows and also breed Hanoverian horses.

Enjoy the stunning scenery of Banff and surrounds with a horse ride in the National Park, perhaps a Gondola ride to the peak.  There will be time to maybe take a rafting trip or just relax in one of Banff’s many restaurants or bars.

Travel along one the of the most scenic highways in North America the Ice Field Parkway and ride the Ice Explorer ride to Athabasca Glacier. Some other highlights include a stop at the famous Lake Louise with the Victoria Glacier in the backdrop and Lake Peyto which has an amazing turquoise blue colour and the Athabasca Falls.

En-route to Ashcroft pass through Mount Robson Park, home of Mount Robson, the highest peak of the Canadian Rockies with a stop at Wilderness River Safari on the Thompson River.  The area is known as Grizzly Bear valley where we will go in search of bear, moose, eagle and osprey.

Enjoy your stay at Sundance Ranch with panoramic views to the Thompson River on thousands of acres. You will have the opportunity to gallop across open fields or just amble along scenic trails and enjoy the riding experience that’s right for you.  If you are not into riding there are plenty of other ranch activities to enjoy.

Visit Whistler village a resort town in the Canadian Pacific ranges which was home to the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Spend a few days in Vancouver exploring this cosmopolitan city, walk through Stanley Park and spot a Racoon or Squirrel, visit the steam clock in Gastown, Canada Place, Capilano Bridge or Grouse Mountain with so much more to see and do.

Places on our 2019 Canada Horse Experience tour are strictly limited. If you would like further information please feel free to contact us via email to or call 03 5428 6061 or 0427 286061.
